How do I use my house pass at the door?
Open the app and tap Pass. Show your QR to the doorman — they'll scan it and wave you in. Your pass refreshes automatically; no screenshots needed.
I subscribed but the app still says I'm not a member.
On the Membership screen, tap 'Restore Purchases'. If status doesn't update within a minute, fully close and reopen the app. Still stuck? Email us with the Apple/Google receipt and we'll fix it.
How do I cancel or manage my membership?
Memberships are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account. Open your device's Subscriptions settings and select Dirty Bourbon to cancel or change your plan. Your perks remain active until the end of the billing period.
I'm not getting push notifications for events.
Check Settings → Notifications → Dirty Bourbon and make sure alerts are enabled. Inside the app, open Profile → Notifications and confirm the categories you want are turned on.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap 'Forgot password' and enter your email. You'll get a reset link within a few minutes — check spam if you don't see it.
Where do my reward points go?
Points show up on the Rewards tab. They're earned by visiting, attending events, and referrals. Redeem them in-app for drinks and perks at the bar.
Is the app available on Android?
We're rolling out iOS first. Android is coming soon — sign in on the web in the meantime to manage your account.
