1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Dirty Bourbon Dance Hall and Saloon, LLC ("Dirty Bourbon", "we", "us") collects when you use our mobile app, website, and on-premises services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone, birthdate, profile photo.
  • Membership & purchase records: subscription status, VIP reservations, guest passes, redemptions.
  • App usage: check-ins, QR scans, loyalty activity, device type, crash logs.
  • Location (only when you tap check-in) to verify you are on premises.
  • Payment identifiers from Apple/Google/RevenueCat. We never receive or store your full card number.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate memberships, VIP reservations, guest passes, and rewards.
  • Verify eligibility (21+) and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Send transactional and, if you opt in, promotional notifications.
  • Improve the app and troubleshoot issues.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app (hosting, analytics, push, RevenueCat for subscription management, HoldMyTicket for ticketing), and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

Membership subscriptions are processed by Apple (in-app purchase) via RevenueCat. Your payment method, billing history and renewal are managed by your Apple ID. You can view or cancel your subscription any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

7. Your Rights & Choices

  • Access, correct, or delete your account by emailing support@dirtybourbon.app.
  • Opt out of promotional push notifications in device Settings.
  • Disable location by revoking the app's location permission.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit and encrypted storage. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The Services are intended only for guests 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app.
